Please read the FAQ's below as we've found most questions can be answered or solved without contacting our team.

Orders

As we are a small business we don't currently offer refunds/returns for change of mind or incorrectly chosen product / size Please choose your item carefully.

If a product is wrong or damaged from our error contact us and we will get a replacement sent out at no further costs.

Did you place the order with a different email than your primary? Did you check your spam folder? Maybe you misspelled it. If you still can't find it, please email us at hello@stickermize.com.au with your (full name or order number) And our support team will sort it for you.

If we sent you the wrong order or forgot to put items in your order, please email hello@stickermize.com.au with your order number and a picture of the item you received and we will get it sorted for you

Please email hello@stickermize.com.au ASAP. include your order number and the correct address and we can change it before your order ships. 

If your order has already been shipped, don't worry it should get sent back to us, in which case we will contact you to get it resent back out to the correct address.

*If your delivery address is rural/outback delivery usually takes a bit longer than the quoted times.

Unfortunately you cannot choose your mystery sticker. However if you ordered other stickers our team will give you a sticker similar to the other ones your ordered, so you are sure to love it!

Shipping/Delivery

Unfortunately Australian orders below $80 do not come with tracking so the link won't work.

For Australian orders over $80, After we pass your order to Australia Post, we will send you a shipping confirmation email which will have a ‘Track Order’ button. This will take you directly to the Australia Post site so you can follow the live tracking updates!

Estimated time includes production + delivery. All Advertised times are estimates and not a guarantee. Sometimes delivery to outback/rural areas can take longer than the quoted times.

If you chose the economy shipping untracked option at checkout unfortunately your order doesn't come with tracking so the link wont work.

If you chose the "International Standard (Tracking)" option at checkout, after we send your order we will send you a shipping confirmation which will have a 'track order' button you can track your order there.

Yes! Whilst we started in Australia, our stickers are loved worldwide. We currently ship to New Zealand, United Kingdom, United States and Canada.

This is very rare, but in the case that any taxes or duties are applied to your delivery by customs, it is the sole responsibilty of the customer. 99.9% of international deliveries will be duty free.

Payments

This is a common problem some of our NZ / US / UK / CA customers are having. Currently the only way to fix this is to:

Step 1 - Go back off the cart page back on to the home page.

Step 2 - Scroll right down to bottom, you will see a currency selector just above the payment icons.

Step 3 - Change currency selection to Australia (AUD $) Go back to checkout and afterpay / zip will be available as an option.

Your privacy and security is our highest priority. We use Shopify Payments which is an extremely secure and highly encrypted system designed to protect customers and also hold merchants accountable.

We accept (Visa/Mastercard/American Express) as well as debit cards that can be used for online transactions. We also offer PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Shop Pay.

Need a little longer to pay for your stickermize order? We also offer Afterpay and ZipPay

Simply head to checkout and there will be a box for you to enter your discount code in make sure to click 'apply'.

For buy x get y offers make sure you have added the correct amount of items to your cart.

E.g. if the offer was buy 3 get 1 free - make sure 4 or more full priced stickers are added to your cart and then once you enter your code it will be discounted.

*Please note only 1 discount code can be used per order.

Product Questions

No, Sorry but unfortunately we don't do one off custom orders or custom sizes.

However we are always open to new ideas, if you have a suggestion of a new design or product you think we should make send us an email hello@stickermize.com.au we'd love to hear from you.

Missed out on your favourite sticker? Some stickers always sell out, but don't worry we continuously restock all stickers. Keep an eye out as it should be back within the next few weeks. 

Yes we only sell premium quality products! Our stickers are printed on the highest quality premium vinyl possible, using state of the art printing technology. Waterproof and UV resistant they will last outdoors easily 10+ years.

Sorry unfortunately we don't currently offer wholsale or bulk purchase discounts.

No, our products are currently exclusive to our website only.

No, unfortunately we are not currently doing any collabs or sponsorships.
