MY TRACKING LINK ISN'T WORKING (AUSTRALIAN ORDERS)

Unfortunately orders below $80 do not come with tracking so the link won't work.

For Australian orders over $80 please be patient it can sometimes take a couple days for your tracking number to update, if not please contact our support team.

DO YOU DO CUSTOM ORDERS?

Sorry but unfortunately we don't do one off custom orders.

However we are always open to new ideas, if you have a suggestion of a new design or product you think we should make send us an email hello@stickermize.com.au we'd love to hear from you.

AFTERPAY / ZIP IS NOT SHOWING AS AN OPTION AT CHECKOUT

This is a common problem some of our NZ / US / UK / CA customers are having. Currently the only way to fix this is to:

Step 1 - Go back off the cart page back on to the home page.

Step 2 - Scroll right down to bottom, you will see a currency selector just above the payment icons.

Step 3 - Change currency selection to Australia (AUD $) Go back to checkout and afterpay / zip will be available as an option.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Australia - 3-10 Business days

New Zealand - 6-18 Business days

United States / Canada - 8-25 Business days

United Kingdom - 8-25 Business days

WHAT IS YOUR REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY?

As we are a small business we don't currently offer refunds/returns for change of mind or incorrectly chosen product / size Please choose your item carefully.

If a product is wrong or damaged from our error contact us and we will get a replacement sent out at no further costs.

I DIDN'T RECEIVE AN ORDER OR SHIPPING CONFIRMATION

Did you place the order with a different email than your primary? Did you check your spam folder? Maybe you misspelled it. If you still can't find it, please email us at hello@stickermize.com.au with your (full name or order number) And our support team will sort it for you.

WRONG ITEM DELIVERED OR MISSING ITEM(S):

If we sent you the wrong order or forgot to put items in your order, please email hello@stickermize.com.au with your order number and a picture of the item you received and we will get it sorted for you.

DID YOU ENTER THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS AT CHECKOUT?

Please email hello@stickermize.com.au ASAP. include your order number and the correct address and we can change it before your order ships.
