MY TRACKING LINK ISN'T WORKING

Unfortunately sticker orders below $80 do not come with tracking so the link won't work.

For apparel orders and sticker orders over $80 please be patient it can sometimes take a couple days for your tracking number to update, if not please contact our support team.

DO YOU DO CUSTOM ORDERS?

Sorry but unfortunately we don't do custom orders.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE FOR STICKERS?

Australia - 2-10 Business days

New Zealand - 5-20 Business days

Estimated time includes production + delivery. All Advertised times are estimates and not a guarantee.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE FOR APPAREL?

All of our apparel is made to order, so please allow 3-7 business days for us to make it and get it in the mail. These times don't include Australia post shipping times.

Australia standard - 2-8 business days

International shipping - 2-4 weeks

WHAT IS YOUR REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY?

As we are a small business we have a strict no refund, returns & exchange policy for change of mind or incorrectly chosen product / size Please choose your item carefully.

If a product is wrong or damaged from our error contact us and we will get a replacement sent out at no further costs.

I DIDN'T RECEIVE AN ORDER OR SHIPPING CONFIRMATION

Did you place the order with a different email than your primary? Did you check your spam folder? Maybe you misspelled it. If you still can't find it, please email us at hello@stickermize.com.au with your (full name or order number) And our support team will sort it for you.

WRONG ITEM DELIVERED OR MISSING ITEM(S):

If we sent you the wrong order or forgot to put items in your order, please email hello@stickermize.com.au with your order number and a picture of the item you received and we will get it sorted for you.

DID YOU ENTER THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS AT CHECKOUT?

Please email hello@stickermize.com.au ASAP. include your order number and the correct address and we can change it before your order ships.

I ONLY RECEIVED PART OF MY ORDER

Orders containing both stickers and apparel are sent separately. So if you have only received part of your order no need to worry, the rest of your order won't be too far away.
