Australian orders under $80 do not include tracking.

For orders over $80, once we pass your order to Australia Post you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a "Track Order" button linking to live tracking.

If you selected economy shipping (untracked) at checkout, tracking is not available.

If you selected "International Standard (Tracking)", you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a "Track Order" button once your order is dispatched.

Yes! While we started in Australia, our stickers are loved worldwide. We currently ship to New Zealand, the United Kingdom, the United States, and Canada.

This is very rare, but any taxes or duties applied by customs are the sole responsibility of the customer. 99.9% of international deliveries will be duty free.

This is a common issue for NZ, US, UK and CA customers. To fix it:

• 1.Go back from the cart to the home page.
• 2.Scroll to the very bottom — you'll see a currency selector above the payment icons.
• 3.Change to Australia (AUD $), then return to checkout — Afterpay/Zip will now appear.

Your privacy and security is our highest priority. We use Shopify Payments — an extremely secure and highly encrypted system designed to protect customers and hold merchants accountable.

Yes! We only sell premium quality products. Our stickers are printed on the highest quality premium vinyl using state-of-the-art technology. Waterproof and UV resistant — they'll last outdoors for 10+ years.
